Hanni Rosenbaum

Executive Director

Member of the Executive Committee

Hanni Rosenbaum is the Executive Director of Business at OECD (BIAC). In this role, she leads our business diplomacy efforts with the OECD and its members, guides the strategy and policy engagement of our Paris-based office, and ensures we adequately reflect the views of our national member organizations in our communications with the OECD and stakeholders. She works together with our Executive Board to drive our mission forward and oversees our budget.

She previously worked at the Nürburgring/Circuits International in Germany, the European Parliament in Brussels, and Brussels-based global recycling industry association, BIR. She holds advanced degrees in French and English, in applied economic sciences from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Brussels and in international relations from the Centre for Diplomatic and Strategic Studies in Paris.

She joined Business at OECD in 1997 and held positions of increasing responsibility. She is fully fluent in English, French and German, and speaks Russian. She also has a black belt in karate and is involved in community projects teaching French for foreigners.

Nicole Primmer

Deputy Executive Director, Policy and Strategic Engagement

Member of the Executive Committee

Nicole Primmer oversees taxation and fiscal affairs, digital economy policy, education, and G7. She is also responsible for Business at OECD’s engagement to the Annual Consultation with OECD Ambassadors, and the the OECD Ministerial Council Meeting (MCM).

Prior to joining Business at OECD in 2000, Nicole worked for the United States Council for International Business (USCIB), for NEC Corporation, and at the Columbia Business School Centre on Japanese Economy and Business under the direction of Professor Hugh Patrick. Nicole holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University, and a B.A. in French and Political Science from Duquesne University. She also completed graduate studies at Sciences Po in Paris, and is a former Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar at Sofia University in Tokyo. Nicole is fluent in English and French, and has basic fluency in Japanese. She is also an accomplished lyric soprano.

Dominik Kümmerle

Policy Director and Strategic Communications

Dominik Kümmerle coordinates our policy positions to high-level engagements including the OECD Ministerial Council Meeting and our Annual Consultation with OECD Ambassadors. He also oversees Business at OECD’s policy activities related to trade policy, OECD enlargement, China as well as environmental sustainability. Dominik currently also leads on our strategic communications activities.

Prior to joining Business at OECD, Dominik worked in the corporate audit department of the BMW Group, in the East-Asia department of the Federal Foreign Ministry of Germany, and in the marketing department of Clariant Chemicals in Shanghai.

He holds a Master’s Degree from the London School of Economics in the Political Economy of Europe (distinction), and a B.A. in International Business from Munich Business School (top 5%). Dominik is fully fluent in English and German, with good knowledge of French and basic Chinese.

Rokas Morkūnas

Director, Policy and Member Engagement

Rokas Morkūnas oversees relations with our global business network and stakeholders, manages external campaigns and co-directs our corporate engagement program, which brings together multinational corporations from a wide range of sectors in support of our mission. He also leads our policy initiatives on food and agriculture, health and well-being, as well as SME and Entrepreneurship.

Prior to joining Business at OECD, Rokas gained professional experience working with the United Nations in New York and in public policy consultancy in Vilnius. Rokas holds a Master’s Degree in International Security, focusing on Diplomacy and a Bachelor‘s Degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris. He is a Lithuanian national, fully fluent in English with good knowledge of French.

He joined Business at OECD in 2019.

Emma Brierley

Policy Manager

Emma Brierley supports our policy activities in the areas of employment, labor, and social affairs, economic policy, competition, export credits, anti-illicit trade and governance and regulatory policy. She also oversees our work on gender equality, and mainstreaming.

Prior to joining Business at OECD (BIAC), she worked for two years at the Embassy of Denmark in Paris, France. Emma also worked at the public affairs consultancy APCO Worldwide in Brussels and as a paralegal at the international law firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP in Paris.

She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Public Policy, Management & Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and holds a Bachelor’s Degree summa cum laude in Urban Studies & Political Science from Barnard College of Columbia University.

Emma is an American and Danish national and is fully fluent has advanced proficiency in English, Danish and French. She joined Business at OECD in 2023.

Maylis Berviller

Policy Manager

Maylis supports our work on digital policy, and cross-cutting issues related to digital.

Prior to joining Business at OECD, Maylis held internships with the OECD for the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes, and Société Générale , and as a Consultant in European affairs for Altermind.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris. She is a French national fluent in English with good knowledge of Korean and basic German.

Maylis Berviller joined Business at OECD in September 2021.

Nathan Munch

Policy Manager

Nathan Munch supports our policy activities in the areas of investment, responsible business conduct, anti-corruption and development. He also oversees the work of our Latin America and the Caribbean contact group.

Prior to joining Business at OECD (BIAC), he worked at BusinessEurope for four years as the adviser to the President and the Director General. Previously, Nathan completed a traineeship at the Council of the EU.

He graduated with a Master’s Degree in European Political and Governance Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges. Nathan also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the diploma of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Strasbourg.

Nathan is a French national and is fully fluent in English. He has an intermediate proficiency in Spanish.

He joined Business at OECD in December 2024.

Aimee San Ramon

Tax Policy Consultant

Aimee San Ramon joined Business at OECD (BIAC) in September 2024 on secondment from Amazon. She supports the work of the Tax Committee, including the working groups on Pillars One and Two, Global Mobility, Tax and Digital, VAT, Tax and Development and Tax and the Environment.

Prior to joining Business at OECD, Aimee worked as a manager in the international tax planning group of Amazon, based in the Arlington, Virginia US office.

Aimee received her Master of Laws in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the Ateneo de Manila University. She is a licensed attorney and a member of the New York and Philippine bar.

Satoshi Iwashita

Policy Expert and B20 Co-ordinator

Satoshi Iwashita joined Business at OECD in April 2024 on secondment from Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. He leads our work on corporate governance, private pensions and Southeast Asia and supports our work on economic policy, employment, labor and social affairs, finance, and insurance. He also leads our work on the B7 and B20 forums as well as outreach to Asia.

Prior to joining us, he held a role in the corporate planning in SOMPO Holdings, Inc. in Tokyo, and had previously been seconded to a global insurance company in London, primarily responsible for Enterprise Risk Management.

Satoshi holds a Master of Science in Geophysics from Hokkaido University and an M.B.A. from Keio University. He is fluent in both English and Japanese.

Minami Kakuda

Policy Expert and Executive Board Support

Minami Kakuda joined Business at OECD (BIAC) in Decemeber 2022, on secondment from the Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company, Limited. She contributes to the work of our Health Committee, Consumer Policy Committee, Governance and Regulatory Policy Committee, Education Policy Committee, Blockchain Expert Group, and Anti-Illicit Trade Expert Group. She also supports the Executive Director on Board-related matters.

Prior to joining us, she was seconded to the Ministry of Finance of Japan and also worked as a policy researcher at the Dai-ichi Life Research Institute Inc., based in Tokyo, mainly in charge of Health and Education.

Minami holds a Bachelor‘s Degree in education from Waseda University Japan and is fluent in Japanese and English, with basic French.

Max Jablonowski

Communications Manager

Max Jablonowski manages our external communications outputs, including media relations, digital communications, branding, amongst others. He works with the team, and policy group leadership to strengthen our visibility within the OECD’s network and beyond. He has included our words in several media outlets including, the Financial Times, Bloomberg, Politico, Euronews, and others.

Prior to joining Business at OECD, Max gained experience working as Events and Communications Officer for a leading think tank in the UK supporting their external affairs, media relations, and high-level events schedule. He was previously Communications and Outreach Support at Business at OECD in 2021, and he was a Governance Intern at the British Council in France working on Franco-British relations and cultural diplomacy.

He graduated from the University of Exeter in July 2022 with a degree in French and Politics, where he managed the Politics Society as President. He is also a qualified tennis coach.

Max joined Business at OECD in February 2023.

Maxime Ledieu

Policy Advisor

French National

Maxime supports our policy work in the areas of trade and environment and contributes to member outreach and horizontal policy activities.

Prior to joining Business at OECD, Maxime gained professional experience working in the aeronautical and nuclear sector trough the consultancy field. He is a French national and holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations, focusing on Security and Defense and a Bachelor‘s Degree in Economics.

Maxime joined Business at OECD in September 2023.

Jasmine Puoti

Office Manager and Senior Executive Assistant

Jasmine assists the Executive Director and provides administrative support for: the General Assembly, the Executive Board, invoicing, accounting oversight, and human resource management. Moreover, she supports Policy Directors for the following groups: Investment, Responsible Business Conduct, Anti-Corruption, Development, Corporate Governance and Finance.

Jasmine is fluent in English, French and Italian. She joined Business at OECD in 2015.

Kelsey Ware

Special Projects Coordinator and Assistant to Policy Managers

Kelsey supports Policy Managers in the following policy areas: Anti-Illicit Trade, Digital Policy, Competition, Health, Economic Policy, Export Credits, Employment, Governance and Regulatory Policy, Private Pensions and SMEs.

Kelsey also manages special projects hosted by Business at OECD and supports the coordination of our National Members in our global network.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Master’s Degree in International Human Rights from the University of Essex. She is bilingual in English and French. Kelsey joined Business at OECD in 2023

Laura-Jane Pfefferkorn

Administrative Assistant

Laura-Jane supports Policy Managers in the following key policy areas: Innovation and Technology, Trade, China, Taxation, Education, as well as Environment, Energy and Chemicals. She also supports our contribution to high-level meetings, including our consultation with OECD Ambassadors, the OECD Ministerial Council Meeting and the B20.

She holds an International Master’s degree in Governance and Administration of Leisure and Sports and has a background deeply rooted in sports as she has been part of world-class events like Formula 1, the UEFA Champions League and the Olympic Games. These experiences have given her a strong foundation in teamwork, coordination, and delivering under pressure - skills which she applies to her work at Business at OECD.

Laura-Jane joined Business at OECD in January 2025 and brings energy, a global perspective, and a passion for making an impact to the organization’s efforts.

Justin Kauppi

Policy Intern

Justin Kauppi supports our work in the field of digital policy.

In addition to his role as a Policy Intern, Justin is a student at the American University of Paris where he is pursuing a master’s degree in Global Communications. Justin holds bachelor’s degrees in English and French from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Justin joined Business at OECD in January 2025.

Marie Tirilly

Policy Intern

Marie Tirilly supports our work in the fields of food and agriculture, health, SMEs and tourism.

Prior to joining Business at OECD, Marie worked as a qualified lawyer at Clifford Chance, and as a project manager for the Special Envoy of the French President for the United Nations Ocean Conference. Marie is a former ENA student, and holds a double master in international law from Queen Mary University of London and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (distinction).

Marie joined Business at OECD in September 2024.
